What It Costs

Custom is not a synonym for expensive.

The most common thing we hear is that "custom" and "handcrafted" must mean going broke. It does not. A stock kitchen passes through a lot of hands and a lot of markups before it reaches you. Order direct from the shop that builds it and the math often works in your favor. Our cost is our cost. We do not price by zip code.

Our Standard

No upgrade tiers. One way to build.

Walk into a big-box store and everything is an upgrade: better plywood costs more, better hardware costs more, a real finish costs more. We do not work that way. Whether we are building for a modest colonial or a fifteen-million-dollar waterfront on the Gold Coast, it is built the same.

That means the quality is not a line item you decide whether to afford. Every job gets solid-wood dovetail drawer boxes, three-quarter-inch grade-A architectural plywood, and European drawer slides and hinges from Blum and Salice. Finishes are industrial coatings, conversion varnish for durability, Milesi waterborne where a light wood needs to keep its real color, never a latex paint that looks fine on day one and fails on year three.

Spending a little more on the front end is how we avoid callbacks on the back end. A kitchen is meant to be used, not just looked at, so we build it to take the use.

How We Work

The part nobody promises.

A working sink, fast.

Our measure on every job is simple: how fast can we get you a working sink from the moment we put a hammer through the wall. That means demo, construction, roughing, inspections, drywall, cabinets, and counters, all done. You have heard the horror stories, someone's contractor twenty-nine weeks in with no sink. That is not us. Construction-inclusive projects average four to six weeks.

We land within a couple percentage points of the budget we quote, barring changes you ask for, and we prepare. We do not tear a house apart and then go order the windows.

Low pressure, always.

We are not in the business of needing jobs. We are in the business of creating spectacular projects with the right people. You will never get a sign-here-for-a-discount pitch from us. Tell us your vision, and we will tell you how to make it happen.
